In the current stage of development in China, automatic screwdriving technology is widely used in household appliances, automobiles, furniture, electronics, communications, toys, and other industries. A large number of automated screwdriving devices have been developed. Existing automatic screwdriving machines can automatically pick up or blow in screws and lock them into screw holes, achieving accurate and fast screw tightening. This greatly improves production efficiency and product quality.
However, due to their simple structure and limited functionality, traditional automatic screw locking machines often struggle to effectively handle screws of various sizes and lock them into deep screw holes. Common issues include missing screws, incorrect screw insertion, thread stripping, misalignment, damaged screw heads, workpiece damage, screw jamming, and frequent dropping of screws from the screwdriver bit. These problems lead to low efficiency and poor quality in screw locking operations.
To address these shortcomings in existing technologies, Danikor has developed a blow-vacuum integrated automatic screw locking machine. It includes a workbench, a positioning device, and a screw locking mechanism mounted on the positioning device. The screw locking mechanism consists of an electric screwdriver, a screwdriver guide tube located below the screwdriver, and a cylinder mechanism connected to the electric screwdriver to control the extension length of the screwdriver bit.

Advantages of the Blow-Vacuum Integrated Automatic Screw Locking Machine
Compact Product Structure
The drive and feed stroke are integrated into one design, saving on-site layout space.
Sleek Product Appearance
The housing adopts an integrated design and manufacturing approach, with a modular structure.
Convenient Pneumatic and Electrical Layout
Simplifies the complex arrangement of air tubes and cables on-site.
Enhanced Product Performance
Reduces the need for external moving mechanisms, improving human-machine collaboration efficiency.
Optimized Electric Screwdriver Installation
Uses a fixed installation method, reducing impact on the electric screwdriver and extending its service life.
Lightweight Module Design
Facilitates integration with robots and three-axis modules.
The blow-vacuum integrated automatic screwdriving machine can automatically complete the processes of blowing in, picking up, pushing out, and locking screws into screw holes. The screw locking depth can be adjusted by changing the cylinder stroke, thereby improving both production efficiency and product quality.
